Return Policy

Please choose carefully we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection or just simply decide the product is no longer needed.

A refund or exchange will only be accepted under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Extreme Technology. If an exchange or refund is approved, any additional incurred postage and handling costs may be payable by the customer.

Where a product is accepted for refund soley at our discretion we reserve the right to charge a mininmum fee of 20% of the purchase price as a restocking free please note the product must be unopened and in prisitne condition.

If goods are damaged or faulty at no particular fault of the customer, are wrongly described in store or on the website, then the customer will automatically qualify for an exchange of the product or full refund.

All refunds will be made by the same transaction as the original payment or as credit towards another item.

The product must be returned complete in its packaging with all accessories and operating manuals. Please complete the Refund Form and enclose it with your product. Upon confirmation a replacement item will be despatched or refund provided.

Shipping Policy

We offer several delivery options including Australia Post, TNT & Couriers Please; and these may be interchanged at our descretion to best suit the individual orders. Please be aware that only the Australia Post option is available for delivery to PO Boxes, if an Australia Post option is not available at the time of checkout it will most likely mean that the package is too large for for item and an alternative delivery address will be required.

The name and signature of the receiver may be required therefore we suggest that deliveries are made to business address. For security reasons, shipping address cannot be changed once item(s) has been shipped. Please also note that under some special circumstances, courier deliveries may be replaced by Australia Post.

Please note that our couriers do not make any phone call before delivery or if no one is at the shipping address. Couriers cannot predict their delivery schedule so you need to specify a shipping address that someone will always be around during office hours for 1-3 business days after placing your order.

Like most retailers that provide delivery services, Extreme Technology can only guarantee the delivery of items to the shipping address as specified by our customers. It is the responsibility of the customers to evaluate and decide if their shipping address is suitable for purchase via courier delivery. Extreme Technology will not be held responsible for any item reported missing once the item(s) has been successfully delivered to the specified shipping address.

Out of Stock Policy

In the event we are out of stock of a chosen product, Extreme Technology will contact you and advise of the expected shipping time/delay in processing your order. Please allow up 7-14 days to process orders in which we are awaiting on stock. If after this time the product is still unavailable, then the customer will automatically qualify for a full refund.
